Marlize is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and has a broad professional experience of more than 25 years in both South Africa and Australia. Marlize has specialised counselling expertise in the health care field where she has assisted individuals, couples and families dealing with issues related to health & illness; grief, loss and transition in their lives. Furthermore, during her 7 years working as an Employee Assistance Counsellor she had the privilege of assisting people with a range of personal and professional concerns. An eclectic therapy framework informs her work and her practice is underpinned by the professional values of her career.
